Viewing Your Timetable
This guide explains how to access and use the timetable feature in the Students Portal.
Accessing Your Timetable
- Log in to your Students Portal account.
- From the dashboard, click on the "Timetable" option in the main menu.
- Your weekly timetable will be displayed, showing all your scheduled classes.
Understanding the Timetable Layout
The timetable is organized in a grid format:
- Rows: Represent time slots throughout the day
- Columns: Represent days of the week (Monday through Friday)
- Cells: Contain information about each class, including:
- Subject name
- Teacher's name
- Classroom location
- Time duration
Navigating Different Weeks
To view your timetable for different weeks:
- Use the week navigation controls at the top of the timetable.
- Click the left arrow to view the previous week.
- Click the right arrow to view the next week.
- Click "Today" to return to the current week.
Viewing Class Details
To see more details about a specific class:
- Click on any class block in your timetable.
- A popup will appear showing additional information about the class:
- Complete subject name
- Teacher contact information
- Classroom details
- Any special notes or requirements
Filtering Your Timetable
If you're enrolled in multiple classes or programs, you can filter your timetable view:
- Look for the "Class" dropdown menu above the timetable.
- Select a specific class from the dropdown.
- The timetable will update to show only the schedule for the selected class.
- To view all classes again, select "All Classes" from the dropdown.
Printing Your Timetable
To print a copy of your timetable:
- Navigate to the week you want to print.
- Look for the "Print" button near the top of the timetable view.
- Click the button to open the print dialog.
- Adjust print settings as needed and click "Print".
Mobile View
When accessing your timetable on a mobile device:
- The view automatically adjusts to fit your screen.
- Swipe left or right to navigate between days.
- Tap on a class to view its details.
- Use the date selector at the top to jump to specific days or weeks.
