Viewing Exam Schedule

This guide explains how to access and manage your exam schedule in the Students Portal.

Accessing Your Exam Schedule

1. Log in to your Students Portal account.
2. From the dashboard, click on the "Exams" option in the main menu.
3. You'll be directed to the Exams page, which displays a list of all your scheduled exams.

Understanding the Exams List

The Exams page displays a comprehensive list of your scheduled exams with the following information:

• Date and Time: When the exam is scheduled
• Subject: The class or subject the exam is for
• Location: Where the exam will take place
• Duration: How long the exam will last
• Status: The current status of the exam (e.g., Upcoming, Completed, Graded)

Filtering Your Exams

To find specific exams more easily:

1. Use the filter options at the top of the exams list.
2. Filter by date range, subject, or status.
3. Click "Apply Filters" to update the list based on your selections.
4. Click "Clear Filters" to return to the complete list view.

Viewing Exam Details

To see more detailed information about a specific exam:

1. Click on any exam in the list.
2. You'll be directed to the Exam Details page, which provides comprehensive information about the selected exam.

Understanding Exam Details

The Exam Details page provides complete information about a specific exam:

• Basic Information: Subject, date, time, and location
• Format: The format of the exam (e.g., multiple choice, essay, practical)
• Topics: The topics that will be covered in the exam
• Materials: Any materials you're allowed to bring (e.g., calculator, reference sheet)
• Special Instructions: Any special instructions or requirements for the exam
• Results: Your exam results, if available

Exam Calendar Integration

To view your exam schedule in a calendar format:

1. On the Exams page, look for the "Calendar View" button.
2. Click the button to switch to a calendar view of your exams.
3. Navigate between months using the arrows at the top of the calendar.
4. Click on any date to see the exams scheduled for that day.

Exam Notifications

The Students Portal can send you notifications about your exams:

• Upcoming Exam: Reminders about upcoming exams
• Exam Changes: Notifications about any changes to exam schedules
• Exam Results: Alerts when exam results are available

To manage these notifications:

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Navigate to the "Notifications" section.
3. Enable or disable the types of exam notifications you wish to receive.

Exam Results

After an exam has been graded, you can view your results:

1. Navigate to the Exams page.
2. Find the exam in the list (it will have a "Graded" status).
3. Click on the exam to view its details.
4. The Exam Details page will display your grade and any feedback provided by the teacher.

Preparing for Exams

The Students Portal provides resources to help you prepare for your exams:

1. On the Exam Details page, look for the "Study Resources" section.
2. This section may include:
   • Study guides
   • Practice questions
   • Review materials
   • Links to relevant course content
3. Click on any resource to access it.
