Accessing Class Tests

This guide explains how to view and manage your class tests in the Students Portal.

Accessing Your Class Tests

1. Log in to your Students Portal account.
2. From the dashboard, click on the "Class Tests" option in the main menu.
3. You'll be directed to the Class Tests page, which displays a list of all your scheduled and completed class tests.

Understanding the Class Tests List

The Class Tests page displays a comprehensive list of your class tests with the following information:

• Date: When the test is scheduled or was conducted
• Subject: The class or subject the test is for
• Title: A brief description of the test
• Status: The current status of the test (e.g., Upcoming, Completed, Graded)
• Grade: Your grade for the test, if it has been graded

Filtering Your Class Tests

To find specific class tests more easily:

1. Use the filter options at the top of the class tests list.
2. Filter by date range, subject, or status.
3. Click "Apply Filters" to update the list based on your selections.
4. Click "Clear Filters" to return to the complete list view.

Sorting Your Class Tests

You can sort your class tests in different ways:

1. Click on any column header in the class tests list.
2. The list will be sorted based on that column (e.g., by date, subject, or status).
3. Click the same column header again to reverse the sort order.

Viewing Class Test Details

To see more detailed information about a specific class test:

1. Click on any class test in the list.
2. You'll be directed to the Class Test Details page, which provides comprehensive information about the selected test.

Understanding Class Test Details

The Class Test Details page provides complete information about a specific test:

• Basic Information: Title, subject, and date
• Format: The format of the test (e.g., multiple choice, essay, practical)
• Topics: The topics that were covered in the test
• Results: Your test results, if available
• Feedback: Teacher comments and notes about your performance

Class Test Calendar Integration

To view your class test schedule in a calendar format:

1. On the Class Tests page, look for the "Calendar View" button.
2. Click the button to switch to a calendar view of your tests.
3. Navigate between months using the arrows at the top of the calendar.
4. Click on any date to see the tests scheduled for that day.

Class Test Notifications

The Students Portal can send you notifications about your class tests:

• Upcoming Test: Reminders about upcoming tests
• Test Changes: Notifications about any changes to test schedules
• Test Results: Alerts when test results are available

To manage these notifications:

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Navigate to the "Notifications" section.
3. Enable or disable the types of test notifications you wish to receive.

Class Test Results

After a test has been graded, you can view your results:

1. Navigate to the Class Tests page.
2. Find the test in the list (it will have a "Graded" status).
3. Click on the test to view its details.
4. The Class Test Details page will display your grade and any feedback provided by the teacher.

Comparing Performance

The Students Portal allows you to compare your performance across different tests:

1. On the Class Tests page, look for the "Performance Analysis" button.
2. Click the button to access a graphical representation of your test performance.
3. View your performance trends over time, by subject, or by test type.
4. Use this information to identify areas where you excel and areas that may need improvement.
