Searching for Schools

This guide explains how to search for schools within the Partners Portal.

Accessing the Search Functionality

1. Navigate to the "Schools" page. The link may be located in the main navigation menu.
2. Locate the search form or filter section on the page.

Performing a Search

1. Enter your search term in the "Free Search" field. This field allows you to search for schools by name, location, or other relevant keywords.
2. Optionally, specify the maximum number of results to display per page in the "Max Count" field.
3. Click the "Search" button to initiate the search.

Viewing Search Results

The search results will be displayed in a table. For each school, the following details are displayed:

• Name: The official name of the school.
• Name Short: An abbreviated version of the school's name, if available.
• Contact Information: A set of icons providing quick access to the school's contact details:
  • Phone: A phone icon that, when clicked, will initiate a call to the school's phone number (if available).
  • Email: An email icon that, when clicked, will open a new email message addressed to the school's email address (if available).
  • Website: A globe icon that, when clicked, will open the school's website in a new tab (if available).

Requesting Access

From the search results, you can request access to a school:

• Click the "Request Access" link to submit a request to access the school's information.
• Note that schools have the option to approve or reject your connection request.
