Managing Invoices
This guide explains how to view and manage invoices within the Partners Portal.
Viewing Invoices
- Navigate to the "Invoices" page. The link may be located in the main navigation menu or a dedicated finance section.
- The page displays a table listing all invoices associated with your partner account.

For each invoice, the following details are displayed:
- Invoice Number: A unique identifier for the invoice. Clicking the invoice number will take you to the invoice details page.
- Date: The date the invoice was issued.
- Student: The code or identifier of the student associated with the invoice. Clicking the student code will take you to the student's details page.
- School Year: The school year to which the invoice applies.
- Term: The specific term or semester to which the invoice applies.
- Amount Total: The total amount due for the invoice.
- Date Due: The date by which the invoice must be paid.
- Date Modified: The date the invoice was last modified.
Paying Invoices
To pay an invoice:
- Locate the invoice you wish to pay in the invoice list.
- Click the "Pay" button or link associated with the invoice.
- You will be redirected to a payment processing page.
- Follow the instructions on the payment page to complete the payment process.
