Guardians Portal: Viewing School Events

This guide explains how to view upcoming school events, announcements, and calendar information within the Guardians Portal.

Accessing Events

1. Log in to the Guardians Portal.
2. Navigate to the "Events", "Calendar", or "Announcements" section. This is usually accessible from the main menu or dashboard.

Viewing the Events Calendar/List

The events section typically displays information in one or more formats:

• Calendar View: Shows events plotted on a monthly, weekly, or daily calendar.
• List View: Lists upcoming events chronologically with dates and brief descriptions.
• Announcements: A dedicated area for important school-wide notices.

Viewing Event Details

1. Click on a specific event entry in the calendar or list.
